We recommend you first check the fees and charges and then confirm availability for your requested dates.
If a commercial user hires the hall for more than 8 times per year a 10% discount applies.

Exeter based organisations (as listed on the WSC website) receive a 50% discount on the Community rate.
“All Hall”, means the Reuben Room, the Badgery Room, the Kitchen and the verandahs.
The Badgery Room is the old Exeter Hall (facing Exeter Road).
The Reuben Room is the new Exeter Hall (facing the Oval).
Any contractors engaged by the Hirer (e.g. caterers, photographers, musicians, DJ’s, contract cleaners etc.) must have at least $20m Public Liability Insurance.
A bond of $250 is applicable unless alcohol is to be served. If alcohol is to be served, the bond is $450. The bond is fully refundable upon successful post event inspection.
The minimum hire time is 1 hour – with ½ hour increments thereafter.
Set-up and clean-up must be included in the hire times and risk assessment.

Bookings are not finalised and confirmed until full payment is received and must be received by EHMC 14 days prior to event. If the event is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event, only the insurance (if applicable) and Bond will be refunded.
The Exeter Village Hall can be found on Exeter Road, Exeter in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. The Exeter Village Hall is an three minute walk from the Exeter Train Station.
